Eat A Sweet was created by Cache Surrett, a New York City specialty baker. She discovered her love for the kitchen from her grandmother at a very young age. As a child, she would always find her way in the kitchen to observe, learn, and later help.

As the years went on, she would bake for friends, family, and coworkers on special occasions. However, that quickly changed as her desserts became sought after.

In May of 2018, Caché turned her passion into a thriving business.

“What makes me a unique baker is; the love I mix and pour into all the batter. I incorporate high-quality ingredients into every dessert I create. This ensures that my customers receive the best taste and experience possible. I enjoy creating specialty desserts for those who have a unique taste for quality. Baking is my joy, and I am happy to share these sweet experiences with others. I mean everyone deserves a good sweet at end of a long week”.

Caché finds baking to be a beautiful therapy. She enjoys creating and sharing her love in each and every dessert made. It is her life long dream to watch people of the world indulge, and Eat A Sweet !
